I never thought anyone would call off a prom for anything other than the weather and sometimes the weather doesn't even stop a prom. Just last year Missouri was going to call off a prom, but instead had it relocated after news got out that there was going to be a shooting. It was then very protected, security there and all and the prom goers were very happy. But today in the news I read, "
